The elite wall balls have a soft filling so that they can be used safely at higher speeds. Normal medicine balls hit hard, but the elite wall ball is ideal for throwing and catching exercises. The RXDGear wall balls are made in different weights (3 – 15kg) making them suitable for a very wide range of exercises for speed, explosiveness, strength and balance.
