You save energy as the barbell does not have to be brought back to the ground continuously. The RXDGear Jerkblock set is height adjustable from 7cm, 22cm, 37cm, 45cm, 52cm, 60cm, 75cm and 90cm, allowing you to scale the intensity and starting position of the exercise in difficulty. With this adjustable height, the Jerkblock set gives athletes extra confidence. The Jerk blocks are safely stackable due to the interlocking grooves and recesses, stable (180kg) and secure against tipping over and loadable to over 500kg.

The Jerkbox is made of 4 interlocking blocks of durable wood with internal reinforcements, the height is clearly marked on the side of the individual blocks. The blocks can be easily stacked due to the handles in each block. The dimensions of the complete set are: L91cm, W53cm, H98cm.
