The RXDGear Strongman worm is a handmade CrossFit games tool that can be used with 5 people. With a length of 4.1 meters and a diameter of 30.5 cm, this CrossFit worm is suitable for every athlete.
The challenge of this training tool is weight distribution. We work with several people who all lift a different weight filling bag. The filling bags are filled with rubber granulate grain. The pockets are locked with a strong, 3-layer Velcro closure in combination with a zipper. This ensures a vandal-proof closure so you don't have to worry about losing the contents.
